The Jeep JK Wrangler has taken the off-road-vehicle market by storm. The Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited (4 Door) have been selling so well, Jeep can't keep up with the orders! We think both the 2 and 4 door Jeeps look great, especially lifted and with proper size meat on the axles! Even with re gearing we still felt these vehicles needed more "omph" so we started American Steel Performance (a division of American Steel Chrysler Dodge - a 5-Star Chrysler dealer with a state-of-the-art service center) and now perform Wrangler JK Hemi conversions and other upgrades.

We can accommodate whichever size Hemi will suit your build requirements; 5.7, 6.1, 6.4, 7.0 and now 7.2! Our conversions are performed by Chrysler trained technicians (designated Chrysler Master Technician - the highest level achievable!), with new and custom parts and look as if they rolled right off an assembly line. 95% of the components we use are factory parts. We build our own, custom Stainless Steel exhaust with a Magnaflow muffler. Your Jeep will be assembled, bumper to bumper, methodically, by the ONE technician assigned to it! Any questions you may have can be directed to the person that built your Jeep. We don't believe in an assembly-line process Some of the conversion details include: New crate engine (12 month 12000 mile warranty) New transmission (12 month 12000 mile warranty) (We can install 545RFE five-speed automatic or manual transmissions) Heavy duty aluminum radiator Axillary transmission cooler Power steering cooler New high flow exhaust Magnaflow muffler K&N air filter Custom flashed computer Factory style wiring harness that is fully plug and play Because our conversions are performed by Chrysler Techs all of the Jeep's optional accessories function perfectly (A/C, cruise control, ABS, traction control, etc.). We also install suspension systems from all of the large suspension companies including; Rubicon Express, Skyjacker and Superlift. Our Hemi Rubicon's can be serviced at any Chrysler dealer or facility with Chrysler diagnostic tools.
